The great mystery solved

There are cross-shaped marking on many doors here. Some people speculate they are gang related (because they are fearful people), some think they are religious, and some don’t think about them at all. I do though.

The other day I saw these folks in yellow vests walking around and one of them made these exact marks on an apartment building. They are health workers checking for potential sources of dengue fever! Seems most people wash the marking off soon after they are done.
