"Mexican Haircut" sounds like a euphemism for something gang-related that doesn't end well. But in this case, it all worked out. And Gus got important insight into the life of a human.

I saw this barber shop a few weeks back... the stuffed alligator on the wall tipped me off that it was THE place to get a haircut. So when I was way past needing one, and after Megan twisted my arm a bit while we passed it walking again, I took the opportunity. Using my limited Spanish and 100% competent interpreter, my ears got lowered. The place was even better than anticipated... along with the stuffed alligator, he had speakers in the shape of huge Jack Daniels bottles for his music, and his pocket rocket parked out front. I think this guy would be set for life if he joined up with a tattoo artist to share the space with him.
