buh-salt or bay-salt

There are times when every relationship is tested, when there are make or break moments. This is one of them… is it called bay-salt or buh-salt? Many hours can be lost arguing over this. The internet can help, but stubbornness can also creep in and (mostly Gordon) can stick to his guns.

At least throughout this arguing, we can both appreciate the basaltic columns in central Mexico. Amazing formations of cooling lava. In fact this entire area is very interesting. It was settled by British miners in the late 1800’s who mined gold and silver and minerals and also brought pasties to the area. Pasties truly are a global phenomenon and there are countless shops here that sell many varieties. I think they also brought gnomes to the area… because there are lots of them around. Go miners!
